Anthony over at Recruiting.com received a resume last week without a phone number. I'm seeing this more and more frequently with young job seekers - they forget that the people doing the hiring are old enough to still use telephones.
It's way too hard already to get someone to notice your resume. PLEASE make it easy for those who show an interest.
