I designed it to capture information about job search from the job-seeker's perspective, for some upcoming presentations to recruiter audiences. My goal is to educate THEM about what it's like for YOU so they'll do a better job of managing employee recruitment and selection... with dignity for all.

We keep hearing that there's going to be a "talent war," so we can only hope that more employers will make the process better for you job seekers.
