What you think about career change is probably wrong

If you think "no one will pay me to do that!" (fill in the blank), or that you're too old to switch gears, others will think you're ridiculous, you can't afford to change or the economy is not right for changing your career, you're wrong. You don't have to be young, carefree, independently wealthy or living in the right economy--whatever that is--to make a change. There's only one thing you need. Please read my column
