Charlie

I could have done with reading these 10 tips six months ago when I recieved a counter offer.

The recruiter was not impartial at all and just piled on the pressure. I was pretty confused and in the end turned the counter offer down and moved on.

I'm now not sure I made the right decision and am looking for a new job again. Meanwhile the recruiter is probably enjoying the fat fee he earned

thanks for the tips, I will hold onto them for future reference
