Chandlee, I must agree. I purchased Alexandra's book for my daughter in college. As a career coach I found it wonderfully organized and easy to browse. The concept of organizing jobs by personality type/style makes researching ideas far less intimidating making the book a useful tool that students will actually read. For anyone struggling with career decisions it's a great place to start. I like it so much that when my daughter lost hers I immediately replaced it.
