Wow, that's really dumb. Amazing dumb. But whatever. MySpace is totally private, right? :)

As a Boss, does the opinion of your employees provide you with an indication of how you are doing as a boss? Is a holding a good opinion of you in his job description?
or Maybe he has a valid point? Maybe ones sensitivity to the opinion of others clouds judgement, and good decision making? If reading a comment like that makes you Livid, maybe you do suck as a boss?

Or is it irrelevant. If my boss sucked, I might not really care if he learned of my opinion.
But If he did, I'd probably think it more useful to talk to him about it directly.

if a little indirect criticism pushed my boss over the edge (more than once), I'd probably already be actively looking for another job..

so??

While people may be entitled to their own opinions, it is not in best taste to criticize one's employer in the absence of said employer. Also, the employee set the employer up with a myspace page. Natural curiosity would lead the employer to the employee's page. So, it wasn't too bright for the employee to do that if he had information posted that he didn't want his employer to see.
