Just went to this You Tube video from a Twitter recommend by Guy Kawasaki - really has changed my whole thinking about the day. It explains what drives Tiger Woods to continue to want to improve - the pursuit of perfection. The scene setting is a little long - but worth the wait for the last 30 seconds - awesome

I agree with Chandlee. The video is definitely one to watch, especially for anyone that may be having issues with self-development. You will never know what you're capable of if you don't at least try to reach the next level. Remember, there is always a higher level, even if you're certain you've already reached the highest.
