    I'm Chandlee Bryan. As a career coach and resume writer with experience from Manhattan to Main Street, I help job seekers connect with opportunity by sharing news, trends and best practices. I'm the Managing Editor of Career Hub and run Best Fit Forward, a boutique career management firm.

Great post, the only thing constant is change. With regard to career management, we (workers) will have to 'continuously' manage or careers. Why? Because the employment cycle is much shorter, so you will be looking for a job more frequently and being prepared for that next search will put you at a great advantage to other seekers who are basically starting from scratch.
