Yes branding yourself is just like branding and selling a product. You have to learn who you are and your skills and how to sell yourself by knowing what you are good at. Actually by taking a psychometric test you can usually find some things about yourself that you might have not realized. Central Test is a good website you can practice psychometric tests so you can see if you are a good leader or even a good salesperson that way you can tell interviewers and recruiters you took validated psychometric tests that highlighted certain points about you. http://www.centraltest.com/
