On a road trip over the
weekend, we came across an open field where corn had recently
been harvested.
We noticed bits and pieces of corn strewn here, there and everywhere. Observing
the harvest remnants led to a conversation about three Hs my client and I
chatted about recently:
- Hustle
- Hungry
- Hunting
As a job seeker, do you know how to hustle? Not only do you know how to hustle, do you and will you?
As a job seeker, are you hungry for that next opportunity? Are you hungry enough to do whatever it takes to keep yourself motivated on a daily basis to find new employment?
As a job seeker, are you persistent and consistent in the way you go about hunting for work?
Looking for work in these economic times is tough and rough, requiring a hustle that is relentless, a hunger that is endless and a hunt that is continuous. As we approach the holiday season of 2012, my wish for you is this:
May your hustle prove to a hiring manager what an efficient employee you will be.
May your hunger for a new start show an employer that you will be a valuable team member.
May your job hunting efforts produce the type of employment opportunity you desire.
